Carreden provides its clients with senior corporate finance expertise and capital markets access that major investment banking firms are not likely to make available to smaller companies or smaller transactions.

Approximately one-half of our corporate finance activity is raising capital for our clients, most of which are privately-held corporations with revenues ranging from less than $5 million to over $600 million, annually. The firm raises capital from institutional sources in private placement transactions. The firm does not raise capital for start-up ventures or most market rate real estate-related projects.

The balance of our business consists of a variety of financial advisory assignments, such as merger and acquisition, bankruptcy, public debt and equity and strategic analysis engagements.
