Mark R. Adiletta, Managing Director. Mr. Adiletta has been associated with Carreden Group’s lease advisory and structured finance business since 2002. Prior to joining Carreden, Mr. Adiletta was Manager of the pricing group with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor company, D'Accord Financial Services, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Adiletta was one of the founders of the lease advisory group at UBS Warburg in 1996. At Carreden, Mr. Adiletta is responsible for syndication, structuring, analysis and execution of individual client advisory assignments in leasing and other structured finance transactions. Mr. Adiletta's background includes 20 years experience in the pricing, structuring, analysis and execution of U.S. leveraged and direct finance leasing transactions, with eight years experience as a principal with Chrysler Capital and The CIT Group and twelve years as a lease advisor. Mr. Adiletta holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University and an M.B.A. from the University of Bridgeport.

Luke P. Bowes, CFA, Managing Director. Mr. Bowes has been associated with Carreden Group since the inception of the firm's lease advisory and structured finance business in 2002. Prior to joining Carreden, Mr. Bowes was a Managing Director with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor company in the lease advisory and structured finance business, D'Accord Financial Services, Inc. At Carreden, Mr. Bowes is responsible for management and execution of individual client advisory assignments in leasing and other structured finance transactions. Mr. Bowes's background includes over 16 years lease advisory experience, 12 years experience in general corporate finance for major investment banks and eight years experience as an investment professional with institutional investors. Mr. Bowes is a graduate of Kutztown University with a B.A. in Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Nirmala D. Charan, Managing Director. Ms. Charan has been associated with Carreden Group since the inception of the firm's lease advisory business in 2002. Ms. Charan began her career at D'Accord Financial Services, Inc. in 1995, before joining its successor company, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, in 2001. Ms. Charan is responsible for the structuring, analysis and execution of asset-based transactions for institutional investment in the transportation, power and manufacturing industries. Ms. Charan holds a B.A. in Journalism from New York University.

Andrew J. Donnally, Managing Director. Mr. Donnally has been associated with Carreden Group since the inception of the firm's lease advisory business in 2002. Mr. Donnally has over 24 years of work experience at Carreden, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, D'Accord Financial Services, Inc., and First Chicago Corporation where he has been responsible for syndicating and executing institutional lessor equity investments in transportation, power, manufacturing and infrastructure assets. Mr. Donnally’s background also includes restructuring commercial real estate financings and underwriting senior institutional debt for private equity acquisitions. Mr. Donnally has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

James S. Godry, Managing Director. Mr. Godry has been associated with Carreden Group since the inception of the firm's lease advisory business in 2002. He has over 30 years of work experience at Carreden, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, D'Accord Financial Services, Inc. and Wells Fargo Leasing Corporation where he has been responsible for the origination and execution of lessee and lessor advisory assignments in connection with leveraged leases of railroad rolling stock, power and infrastructure assets, ships, containers, over-the-road transportation equipment and commercial aircraft. Mr. Godry has a B.S. in Economics from the Wehle School of Business Administration, Canisius College, Buffalo, N.Y.
