LEASE ADVISORY AND ASSET FINANCE

Mark R. Adiletta, Managing Director. Mr. Adiletta has been associated with Carreden Group's lease advisory and structured finance business since 2002. Mr. Adiletta has over 20 years of related work experience, which includes management responsibilities of the pricing groups with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and its predecessor company in the lease advisory business, D'Accord Financial Services, Inc. In addition, Mr. Adiletta was one of the founders of the lease advisory group at UBS Warburg in 1996. At Carreden, Mr. Adiletta is responsible for syndication, structuring, analysis and execution of individual client advisory assignments. Mr. Adiletta's background also includes structuring, analysis and execution of project finance and direct finance leasing transactions, including eight years experience as a principal with Chrysler Capital and The CIT Group. Mr. Adiletta holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University and an M.B.A. from the University of Bridgeport.

Nirmala D. Charan, Managing Director. Ms. Charan has been associated with Carreden Group since the inception of the firm's lease advisory business in 2002. Ms. Charan began her career at D'Accord Financial Services, Inc. in 1995, before joining its successor company, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, in 2001. Ms. Charan is responsible for the structuring, analysis and execution of asset-based transactions for institutional investment in the renewable energy, transportation, and manufacturing industries. Ms. Charan holds a B.A. in Journalism from New York University.

Andrew J. Donnally, Managing Director. Mr. Donnally has been associated with Carreden Group since the inception of the firm's lease advisory business in 2002. Mr. Donnally has over 25 years of asset finance experience at Carreden, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, D'Accord Financial Services, Inc., and First Chicago Corporation. Mr. Donnally is responsible for syndicating and executing institutional equity investments in renewable energy and other power generation, manufacturing and infrastructure assets. Mr. Donnally's background also includes structuring commercial real estate financings and underwriting senior institutional debt for private equity acquisitions. Mr. Donnally has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.

Jonathan Fishman, Director. Mr. Fishman has been associated with Carreden Group's lease advisory and asset finance business since early 2011. Mr. Fishman is responsible for supporting the analytical, execution and marketing efforts of the firm's lease advisory business, focused primarily in the renewable energy project finance industry. Mr. Fishman began his career as part of the Global Securities Research & Economics Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. in 2004. Mr. Fishman holds a B.B.A. in Finance & Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an M.B.A. from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
