John Faulkner, Managing Director. Prior to joining Carreden in 2005, Mr. Faulkner had been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor D'Accord Financial Services since 1993. Mr. Faulkner is primarily responsible for advising credit enhancers of tax credit finance transactions, where he has successfully developed his group as the leading advisor to tax credit guarantors. Prior to 1993, Mr. Faulkner was employed by a major bank-leasing firm for eight years where he was a regional manager primarily engaged in lessee marketing. He graduated summa cum laude from Connecticut College and holds a M.A.L.D. from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. John did graduate research in South Korea for one year while on a Fulbright-Hays Scholarship.

Christine Flynn, Managing Director. Prior to joining Carreden in 2005, Ms. Flynn had been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor D'Accord Financial Services since 1998. Ms. Flynn is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with sponsors, investors, and guarantors in tax credit financing transactions. Prior to 1998, Ms. Flynn was Manager, Corporate Finance at Duquesne Light Company for nine years where her responsibilities included structuring investments to manage corporate tax liability and managing the capital structure of the utility. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Greg Meyer, Managing Director. Prior to joining Carreden in 2005, Mr. Meyer had been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor D'Accord Financial Services since 1993. Mr. Meyer is primarily responsible for structuring and processing of tax credit finance transactions as well as developing and maintaining relationships with sponsors, investors, and guarantors. Prior to 1993 he was Treasurer for Bedford Property Investors, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed REIT, and Corporate Controller for Robert Half International Inc., a personnel services company, which is also listed on the NYSE. In addition, Mr. Meyer was a Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he earned his C.P.A. Mr. Meyer is an NASD Registered Principal and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.

Charles Hadaway, Managing Director. Prior to joining Carreden in 2005, Mr. Hadaway had been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor D'Accord Financial Services since 1998. Mr. Hadaway is primarily responsible for structuring and processing of tax credit finance transactions as well as developing and maintaining relationships with sponsors, investors, and guarantors. Prior to 1998, Mr. Hadaway was a Tax Consulting Manager with Ernst & Young's Real Estate Group and a Senior Tax Associate with Reznick Fedder & Silverman's low-income housing tax credit consulting practice. Mr. Hadaway holds a C. P. A. license in Virginia and earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida, an M.B.A. in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Taxation from George Mason University.

Cassie Laffoon, Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Carreden in 2005, Ms. Laffoon had been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor D'Accord Financial Services since 1997. Ms. Laffoon is primarily responsible for the pricing and structuring of tax credit finance transactions. Prior to 1997, Ms. Laffoon's experience included six years providing training and technical support to customers of a financial analysis software vendor and twelve years pricing and structuring lease transactions for a bank-affiliated leasing company. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her M.A. from San Jose State University.
